Meet the Herd & Human Team
Healing at Track Clinic begins with connection; to animals, humans, and the land.
Our unique, mixed-species herd of horses and alpacas is central to every session.
They set the tone, guide the process, and co-create a profoundly relational and
nervous-system-informed experience alongside our human team.
Herd Lifestyle
The way our animals live is foundational to the work we do. Their health, freedom and social bonds create the safety and authenticity they bring to each session.

Natural Living
No stables, no segregation; our herd lives as nature intended. They roam a purpose-built track system with continuous access to diverse forage, shelters, and drinking spots, honouring their need for safety in a collective as well as their individual preferences and wellbeing.
Relational Trust
Our animals build meaningful bonds through freedom of expression, with space to be themselves and find their natural place in the group. This same approach shapes our relationship with them: based on deep listening and mutual respect, instead of dominance based horsemanship.
Full Autonomy
With no forced routines or interactions, the herd chooses how and when to engage. Their wellbeing is attentively supported through gentle, intuitive modalities like Reiki, Animal Communication, and the Trust Technique, ensuring they are heard, empowered and ready to co-facilitate.
How This Helps You
Because our herd lives in safety, freedom, and trust, they can meet you with deep attunement and incredible precision. Rather than waiting for humans to direct them, they respond instinctively and authentically, with an expanded emotional vocabulary and a remarkable ability to sense what's needed.
Their grounded presence allow you the space to feel, reflect, and release.
In their company, the illusion of separateness fades and something more connected and meaningful becomes possible.

Our Facilitators
Each facilitator brings a rich depth of expertise, spanning somatic coaching, psychotherapy, trauma release, and energy work, but what truly defines them is their attuned, relational presence. Rooted in Track Clinic’s guiding principles, our human team collaborates in authentic partnership with the therapy herd, embodying the same integrity, sensitivity, and respect we extend to those we support.

“The most powerful part was having choice.
Each herd member invited me in harmony, helping me go deeper than I ever imagined.
It was so hard to leave; I felt such peace even in my grief.”
“Even when I arrived anxious and overwhelmed, the herd’s calm cohesion held me safely.
I experienced breakthroughs far beyond talk therapy.”
“Their collective presence was like a living mirror:
I saw old habits clearly and released what no longer served. I didn’t want the day to end.”
