LIABILITY RELEASE
Track Clinic’s horses will be moving around freely during the activities you take part in. They are not restrained with ropes and equipment or asked to perform. You can chose how close you wish to be to them and can move away into a separate area if you wish to at any point.
A safety briefing will be given covering comfortable proximity, body awareness and emotional safety.
We recommend sturdy shoes/boots and appropriate outdoor clothing. There will be no riding involved at any point during your visit. You do not need any knowledge or experience of horses in order to attend.

PERMISSION TO USE IMAGE
During your time at Track Clinic, we may take photos and footage for publicity purposes. We will always be respectful in sharing and never link photos with names or experiences for confidentiality reasons. In order to confirm your permission for Track Clinic to use images taken during your visit please would you confirm the following by signing below.
I grant Track Clinic permission to use images and waive the right to approve the finished product.
I waive the right to any royalties or other compensation arising or relating to the use of the images.
I consent to Track Clinic storing copies of the images and to storing my contact details in case it needs to contact me.
